National Cowgirl Museum
announces exhibit featuring photographer Laura Wilson and '12 Mighty Orphans'
The exhibit runs June 8 - August 8. The film premieres June 11 in Texas and New York and nationwide on June 18.
Honoree in the National Cowgirl Museum, Laura Wilson, is also featured for her photography in the upcoming exhibition. Her son, Luke Wilson, will star in the movie, filmed on location in Fort Worth, Weatherford and other nearby areas.
“This exhibition will be particularly engaging for visitors because it combines the lens of Laura Wilson, an honoree, with behind-the-scenes views and props from the movie,” the museum’s Associate Executive Director Diana Vela said.
